Users visiting the website IQ WORLD.in (known as "users") and customers accessing the IQ WORLD software portal services for the purpose of running and controlling their digital signages may provide information to IQ WORLD. (often referred to as "customers").
The "Platform" refers to IQ WORLD's software portal and website as a whole.
What information do we collect?
a) Personal Information:
Users and customers may give personally identifiable information (PII) to IQ WORLD when using the Platform. Personal Identifiable Information refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, as well as information about your use of and activities on the platform that may be associated with you, such as your name, phone number, email address, and location.
b) Information through IQ WORLD Portal:
Customers (using IQ WORLD's software portal services) may additionally contribute information for display on their digital signages and tracking performance in addition to PII. Images, videos, documents, and social media handle information (i.e. Instagram handle, Twitter handle, Facebook handle, YouTube URL, and so on) are among the items included. The data is scheduled and delivered by the customer's own team. IQ WORLD may only access this information with the customers' permission for the purposes of troubleshooting, debugging, and any other assistance they require. It should be noted that, upon receiving authorization from consumers, IQ WORLD will only use this information to provide the agreed-upon services to the customers, such as controlling the material on related digital screens or assisting the customer as described above, or in any other way that may be required. The information you supply is confidential to us, and none of it will be shared (or sold) to a third party by IQ WORLD.
c) Automatic recording or Cookie Data:
When you (users and customers) visit the Platform, IQ WORLD servers may record information sent by your browser. This information may include, but is not limited to, your computer's Internet Protocol address, browser type, the web page you were browsing before coming to the Platform, and any searches you conduct on the Platform.
IQ WORLD, like many other websites, may use "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a little data file that IQ WORLD saves on your computer's hard drive for future reference. IQ WORLD may use "persistent cookies" to save your registration ID and login password for future Site logins; and IQ WORLD may use "session ID cookies" to enable certain Site features, better understand how you interact with the Site, and monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the Platform. • to provide or offer software updates and product announcements based on the personal identifiable information provided, with the option to opt out or unsubscribe at any time, and to provide you with additional information and offers from IQ WORLD or third parties that you may find useful or interesting, such as newsletters, marketing or promotional, based on the personal identifiable information provided, with the option to opt out or unsubscribe at any time.
Information by customers is or may be used for the following purposes:
• to deliver and enhance the Platform, its services, features, and content,
• to administer your use of the Platform,
• to make it easier for you to enjoy and navigate the Site,
• in order to better understand your requirements and interests,
• to meet any requests you may have, and to personalize your experience,
• to provide or provide software updates and product announcements based on the personally identifiable information submitted, with the ability to opt out or unsubscribe at any time, and
• to send you additional information and offers from IQ WORLD or third parties that you may find useful or interesting, such as newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, based on the personal identifiable information you have provided, with the option to opt out or unsubscribe at any time,
• The information you upload using the platform will be saved on our servers based on your instructions. It can be deleted at any moment by selecting the delete option.
• The information will be displayed across digital signs screens based on your instructions and the time-schedule you specify using the platform.
• The communication shown will be monitored and timetable recorded based on your instructions via the platform, allowing you to see your schedule history.
• After obtaining authorization from the customers, the information may be accessed by IQ WORLD's team for the purpose of assisting customers in scheduling communication on digital signage screens, troubleshooting and debugging, or any other assistance as required by the customers from time to time. IQ WORLD uses user and customer information gathered by technological means (such as automatic recording conducted by IQ WORLD servers or through the use of cookies) for the reasons stated above, as well as to monitor and evaluate use of the Platform and IQ WORLD services.
• for technical administration of the Platform,
• to improve the Platform's functionality and usability, and to better suit your requirements,
• to collect and extract important data and information on users' interests, traits, and usage behaviour,
• and to ensure that Platform visitors meet the requirements required to complete their requests.
How the information is shared?
• IQ WORLD will display any of your information on your platform Account page. You can always examine and update your Account Information. Please keep in mind that the information you supply must be correct and complete.
• IQ WORLD may hire third-party companies and individuals to help with the Platform, to provide services on IQ WORLD's behalf, to perform Service-related services (such as data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, communication, and improving the Platform's features), or to assist IQ WORLD in analysing how the Platform is used. These third parties have access to your Information solely to carry out these functions on IQ WORLD's behalf.
• To enforce and comply with the law, IQ WORLD works with government and law enforcement personnel, as well as private parties. IQ WORLD may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if IQ WORLD believes it is necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of IQ WORLD or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity IQ WORLD considers to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal.
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, IQ WORLD may transfer or otherwise share any or all of its assets, including your Information.
• We utilise Analytics especially to examine how people arrive at and engage with our Platform. We collect, keep, and analyse this data in order to provide the greatest service and make improvements to all of our subscribers and visitors.
• We have explicitly asked Google to analyse the behaviour of our platform's visitors. Google's authorised use of cookies and other tracking technologies allows it to acquire information about platform visitors. Google's access to and use of information is regulated by their privacy policy.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
You have the option to check, update, amend, or delete the information in your registration or Account profile. However, this information must be correct and complete.
You can erase any or all of your linked social network accounts, as well as the data associated with them, from the IQ WORLD programme at any time. After that, all data related with the social media handle will be destroyed.
Deleting your Social Media data
IQ WORLD is highly concerned about the security of your information. IQ WORLD takes reasonable precautions to keep your information safe from unauthorised access.

Third-party suppliers and hosting partners may be used by IQ WORLD to offer the platform's hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology. Despite the fact that IQ WORLD owns the code, databases, and all rights to the IQ WORLD programme, you maintain all rights to your files and data, and you have the ability to remove your data at any time.
Our IQ WORLD software will not be held liable if -
1.The customer must adhere to any technological limits in the software that restrict its use in particular ways.
2.Customer may not:
i) circumvent any technical limits in the software;
ii) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
iii) make more copies of the programme than specified in this agreement; or
iv) publish the programme for others to copy.
3.Deficiencies/faults/errors caused by unauthorised changes, misuse, abuse, or operation for purposes other than those intended.
4.Computer or internet viruses, bugs, worms, or Trojan Horses cause damage.
If any of the following conditions occur, we will be unable to provide a guarantee for that product. The same product will be considered out of warranty.
Additional charges will be charged for items that are not covered by warranty.
